My neighbor, Brooke has a son in Nifae's class. She came over and helped me make these silly snowmen for the boys school board.

The kids helped me take down the old board and cleaned up all the extra staples.

I put up the new board the day before school started.

Nifae's teacher was in her class getting things ready for the next semester and she put the kids to work.

They all thought it was pretty special and loved being her helpers for the day.

So we survived 2010. Even though we didn't get to celebrate the new year in California with my sisters family, like we had planned, we welcomed in the new year with lots of hopes for 2011.
