LOL~ we had to look at this for way too long. Hahah~ Joey, you crack us up!
wet cement
There was some extra cement after they filled the wall up so we put it under that water spout in the back. Joey was at football practice... and well, wet cement only stays wet for so long so we have to draw his on.
