So Easy...

So Yummy!

Hapa Mama said...: We came up with this one day when we had a hankering for Aunt Lucille's Candie popcorn but didn't have the recipe.

Pasi Girl's White Choc. Popcorn

1/2 package of Almond Bark
2 Packages of Butter Microwave Popcorn
M & M's
Cashews

Pop popcorn in the microwave and then pour into bowl making sure to leave out any unpopped or 1/2 popped kernels.

Sprinkle two handfuls of M&M & two handfuls of Cashews over popped popcorn.

Melt Almond Bark in a microwave safe bowl for 15 sec. at a time. Stir after each time until it is totally melted. Make sure NOT to over heat. It should take about 1 min. to melt the choc.

Pure all of the choc. over the popcorn and gently fold popcorn and choc. until the popcorn is all coated.

Sprinkle a 1/2 handful of M&M's & Cashews to top for popcorn.
(If you are putting the popcorn into cups or bags, do this last step into each individual cup or bag. )
